Commissioning a bespoke piece is a personal experience and we believe that the process of creating jewelry should be just as meaningful as the moment you first wear it. Our bespoke process allows you to be as involved as you want in the process of selecting the gemstone that is right for you and co-designing your special piece.
Our greatest joy often lies in the 'treasure hunt'—sharing our knowledge of gemstones and finding the one stone that speaks to you. We’ll sit down together to explore the nuances of colour, cut, and other characteristics, making the discovery of your gemstone a core part of the journey. Whether we are reimagining a family heirloom or starting with a blank page, we are here to bring your vision to life with not only transparency and deep expertise but also a heart for the craft and a focus on quality.
The Consultation

The journey to creating your bespoke piece begins with a free in-person or virtual consultation with the purpose of getting to know you and establishing the piece you'd like to create. We'll take the time we need to fully understand your vision and ensure you're confident in our ability to create your special piece.
Prior to our consultation, please reflect on the following:
What type of jewellery do you want to create (i.e. ring, earring, necklace, other)?
Is this a piece for everyday or occasional wear?
Any particular colours you are attracted to or want to avoid (i.e. bold, pastels, classics)?
What is the range of your budget?
Inspiration visuals are always welcome!
Design

Shortly after the consultation, we commence the design process to bring your idea to life. To make your vision reality, we will:
Produce a 3D colour graphic design
Tweak and tailor the design until you’re completely satisfied
Begin production once you officially approve the adjusted 3D design
As a design cannot be fully complete without knowing the characteristics of a gemstone –the Design step happens concurrently to Gemstone Selection. These combined steps take generally 2 to 3 weeks.
Gemstone selection

We only work with trusted partners and personally inspect every gemstone prior to shortlisting it. Once we have established your preferred gemstone variety, our next steps are to:
Source a bespoke, hand-picked selection for you
Share detailed videos revealing each gemstone’s unique traits – ensuring you feel inspired by your final choice
As every gemstone is unique, prices can vary even within the same type.
Creation

By avoiding imported, mass-market settings and focusing on local, handmade artistry, we ensure your piece is as unique as the story behind it. Our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship means:
Partnerships solely with master jewellers with whom we have long standing relations and that we trust implicitly to deliver high quality pieces
Handcrafted in London – never imported: every setting is handcrafted locally ensuring total oversight that high standards are met
To ensure your piece receives the care and attention it deserves, this stage of the process typically takes six weeks.
Finished Product

The final step is a personal quality review, where we hand-inspect every setting and stone to ensure a flawless finish.
For our international clients, we provide a video inviting your feedback to ensure every detail meets your expectations prior to dispatch.
We take great pride in delivering our work personally whenever possible; however, if a face-to-face meeting isn't feasible, we facilitate secure shipping.
